(Im)perfection is a personal styling consultancy based in Rome, Italy, providing bespoke styling services to clients worldwide.
2. Services
Our styling services are provided on an appointment basis only. All services must be booked in advance through our booking system. We offer various styling packages, including personal shopping, wardrobe consultation, and event styling.
Each service is tailored to the individual client's needs and preferences. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
For international clients, payments will be processed in EUR. Any currency conversion fees or bank charges are the responsibility of the client.
4. Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to attend (no-show) will not be refunded. The full service fee will be retained in these cases.
We reserve the right to assess exceptions in extraordinary circumstances, but are under no obligation to do so.
